Business Roundtable: Economic Development & Housing Trends within Dakota Valley
presented by Dennis Melstad, President of Dakota Dunes Development Company & Kory Menken, Executive Director of North Sioux City Economic Development Corporation
Southern Union County is one of the fastest growing areas of South Dakota.  Dennis Melstad and Kory Menken will present an overview of recent housing and commercial projects within Dakota Dunes and North Sioux City, as well as their thoughts on future growth within the Dakota Valley region.
