Join us for this session of Discovering Worksite Wellness where Bev Lessman, a former physical education teacher turned Executive Wellness Coach for 19 years with Isagenix, will help us gain insight as to why it is important to read food labels. Is frozen better or is fresh? Beware of marketing jargon! Have you heard of calorie cycling, or muscle confusion? What is your "relationship" like with Sleep and Mindset? She will coach us through the overall wellness journey.
