Dr. Sam Funk with the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation will present on “USMCA and other Trade Agreements Impacting Iowa Agriculture” via an internet-based Teams meeting.  The "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting" link below will take you into the meeting through your web browser.  Please login to the meeting early (described in the points below) so that you are ready to start when the event begins at 7:30 AM. We look forward to examining impacts of the USMCA and other recent trade agreements on Iowa agriculture.  This is a critical consideration as disruptions from COVID-19 require we examine all market outlets for the potential to restore economic activity for Iowa and the U.S. 

1. Dr. Funk will initiate the meeting 5-minutes early (7:25 AM) so that participants can login and make certain their monitors and speakers are working. You should see a screen with the title “USMCA and other Trade Agreements Impacting Iowa Agriculture”;
2. Please mute your microphones to enable the presentation to be heard clearly by all participants;
3. Casey Mills, Government Relations Chair, will serve as moderator starting at 7:30 AM and will introduce Dr. Funk;
4. We will have time for questions after Dr. Funk concludes his prepared remarks.  You may enter your questions using the Teams Meeting Chat function or feel free to share your questions with Kerry Gill, kgill@siouxlandchamber.com, prior to the meeting.
