Retail Roundtable

Event Description Will changes in retail due to COVID be temporary? What are opportunities that retailers have to meet their customer needs?  Join Lisa Bates with Iowa State University Extension and Outreach to discuss these questions and more. During this roundtable Lisa will discuss how the Iowa Retail Initiative is helping address retail needs across Iowa, highlight store design and merchandising tips, and what customers will still want from their retailers even after the pandemic.
