Ribbon Cutting - Leeds Splash Pad

Event Description A ribbon cutting ceremony will commemorate the dedication of the newly opened Leeds Park Splash Pad.  The public is welcome and the Parks and Recreation Department is encouraging public use of the splash pad during the dedication, so bring the kids and your swim suits!
