Event Description Please join the Siouxland Chamber in welcoming Bluebird Flats to downtown Sioux City at their upcoming Ribbon Cutting followed by an Open House with cocktails and appetizers.  The Bluebird Flats is located in the recently renovated historic Motor Mart building offers modern apartments and commercial space in the growing downtown arts area.  Original character and contemporary updates make for a charming place to call home.
