Join us as we welcome Six Seconds as a new member.
Six Seconds helps organizations strengthen leadership and workplace performance through emotional intelligence. They partner with businesses to develop more effective leaders, improve employee engagement and collaboration, strengthen communication, and help people make better decisions under pressure. Our work includes leadership development, team development, coaching, emotional intelligence assessments, and customized learning experiences for organizations.
Susie is based in Sioux City and works with organizations throughout North America while building Six Seconds’ partnerships in the Siouxland region. This fall, Six Seconds is also launching Lead with Alignment, a Siouxland-based women’s leadership cohort designed to help women strengthen self-awareness, leadership effectiveness, decision-making, and steadiness under pressure through emotional intelligence, assessment-informed development, and peer learning.
