You’ll collaborate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including critical path analysis and milestone tracking
- Lead project meetings with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee site operations to ensure safety, quality control, and adherence to project specifications
- Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Strong understanding of CMAR, construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
