Job Description

Maintenance Repair Worker II (Grounds) 

 What You’ll Do:

•  Maintain clean, attractive grounds
• Operate mowers, tractors, and other equipment
• Perform landscaping, repairs, and snow removal
• Assist with campus events and setup

Qualifications:

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
•  2+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, or construction
• (automotive, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, etc.)
•  Valid driver’s license
•  Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Comfortable lifting 75+ lbs, climbing ladders, bending, and crouching
• Basic computer and equipment operation skills
