What You’ll Do:
Perform advanced maintenance and repairs
Monitor and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS)
Keep facilities safe, efficient, and comfortable
Collaborate with a team focused on quality and service
Work independently with initiative and technical skill

What We’re Looking For:
High School diploma or GED
4+ years in maintenance, repair, or construction
Strong troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills
Computer & small equipment operation experience
Valid Driver’s License
