Job Title: Shift Leader

Responsibilities:

Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate team members to ensure customer satisfaction, quality product delivery, and a safe working environment.
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing duties, food preparation, and presentation standards.
Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
Communication: Communicate closely with other shift leaders and managers.
Training: Assist in the training of new staff members and provide feedback to the management team.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other operational data.
Cash Handling: Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy of transactions.
Cleanliness: Supervise cleaning activities to maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation.
Problem Solving: Resolve issues that arise during the shift, including covering for employee absences.
Reporting: Prepare daily inventory and prep reports for management review.

Requirements:

Education: High School Junior and above or High school diploma or equivalent if not in school.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or leadership role.
Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and strong communication skills.
Training: Receive staff training and Serv Safe certification.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Additional: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
