Production Specialist



Job Description


IMKO is recruiting a Production Specialist for a Scientific Laboratory in the Siouxland area. The primary focus of this position is to manufacture SPL products according to specifications.
 
This opening is on a 2nd shift working a 2pm – 10 pm. 
 
This position requires a Drug screen/ Background check and a valid driver’s license
  
Process Operator Responsibility is, not limited to:
 
  • Under indirect supervision, learns, understands and applies cGMP's, Standard Operating Procedures, safety practices and other pertinent material
  • Maintains written records of batch records, cleaning logs, equipment labels and any other pertinent records and the work is performed. Utilizes good housekeeping practices to ensure work areas are neat and sanitary.
  • Under indirect supervision performs activities necessary to manufacture products. These activities may include but are not limited to solvent handling, washing and sanitizing equipment and work areas, and process equipment assembly and teardown.
  • Able to operate equipment and start, run, monitor and shut down a process. Monitors process and advise superiors of any out of specification conditions.
  • Works with department manager and supervisor to ensure production is completed as scheduled and maintain facility/equipment cleaning schedules.
  • Adheres to established work schedules in a consistently reliable manner and performs job responsibilities and delivers work products on a dependable and timely basis.
  • Maintains in-process inventories utilizing 4th shift or equivalent.

Starting pay: $22 -$28
Shift Differential $3.30
