Community Programs Manager

Hours: Up to 37 hours a week | Non-Exempt

Her Health Women’s Center is seeking a Community Programs Manager to lead our Let’s Talk education program, providing relationship and online safety education to youth while building strong community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Let’s Talk program

• Build partnerships with schools and community groups

• Coordinate presentations and facilitators

• Recruit, train, and support program facilitators

• Track participation and assist with reporting

• Support virtual programming and events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years nonprofit, education, or community-based experience

• Strong public speaking and organizational skills

• Mission-aligned and collaborative

• Comfortable representing Her Health’s values and approach
