Enrollment and Mentoring Specialist

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Siouxland is currently hiring for an Enrollment and Mentoring Specialist!

Do you want to make a lasting difference in the life of a child? Big Brothers Big Sisters of Siouxland is seeking a dedicated Enrollment & Mentoring Specialist to help create and support life-changing mentoring relationships.

In this role, you will recruit, enroll, screen, match and support volunteers, children and families while ensuring child safety and promoting positive youth outcomes. You will conduct interviews, assessments, orientations and training, guide participants through the matching process, and provide ongoing support to help mentoring relationships thrive.

As an ambassador for the BBBS mission, you will also build relationships with schools, businesses, and community organizations to recruit volunteers and connect more youth with caring adult mentors.
