Mpire Heating & Cooling HVAC Installer (3-5 Yrs Exp Req)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate for the HVAC Installer will install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and/or commercial clients. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to ensure all systems operate efficiently, safely, and up to code.

HVAC Installer Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of HVAC experience (residential or commercial).
• HVAC Journeyman license.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and refrigeration principles.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
