Twenty-five years ago ground was broke on the Dorothy Pecaut Nature Center. For the past 16 years, the Nature Center has hosted Nature Calls - a special event fundraiser that features craft beer tasting. Dorothy Pecaut Nature Center is hosting July's Rush Hour Connect which will be a mini version of their Nature Calls fundraiser.
Through the generous donations you can sample some craft beers from Marto Brewing Company and Jackson Street Brewing with your free collector’s mug and enjoy chili dogs from Milwaukee Wiener House, tasty sides from Fareway Stores, and soft drinks from Pepsi Cola of Siouxland. Explore hands-on exhibits, the Nature Playscape, 3+ miles of trails, and register to win a cabin stay and tickets to Nature Calls Beer Tasting Event in September. There will be fun for young and old at Rush Hour Connect at the Dorothy Pecaut Nature Center, July 18th from 4:30 to 6:00 PM.
