The purpose of this position is to develop marketing, advertising and promotional materials that support the marketing plan. Functional areas of responsibility include the management of the Northeast brand and sub-brands. This is accomplished by the consistent use of logos, imagery, and messaging. Assists in the development of marketing strategies and plans; conducts marketing research; provides budget recommendations to the Director of Marketing; monitors budget expenditures; assists in the development of media and communication plans; implements marketing campaigns; negotiates and purchases traditional and digital media; helps teammates define goals and objectives of marketing projects; determines timelines and project milestones; develops creative ideas and concepts; develops and edits communications to support brand messaging; and creates design solutions that have a high visual impact. Graphic design mediums include website and social media images, advertising, brochures, posters, product packaging, promotional materials and displays.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or communications is required.
Experience: Requires a minimum of three years of experience in the marketing field.
