Is your business interested in pursuing government contracts?  Iowa State University, Center for Industrial Research and Service (CIRAS), Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) is offering a free in-person training event, "Preparing a Winning Proposal", on the morning of Wednesday, August 24, 2022, at the Stoney Creek Hotel, 300 3rd St, in Sioux City.

Success in government contracting requires that you convince a government agency that you are the best choice to fill any particular need. Doing that requires knowing how the system works, who to deal with, what the rules are, and how to cast yourself in the best light.

CIRAS can help you with that. In this workshop, you'll learn everything from how to read and properly respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP), to tips for organizing your proposal and getting questions answered. You'll also learn how to avoid some of the most common mistakes.?
