June 17-21. Filmmakers Workshop. A great opportunity to get firsthand experience in filmmaking! Provides an introduction in filmmaking led by WSC professor Dr. Michael White. Designed for teens. Plan, shoot, and edit your own short films. All facets of production will be covered, including: casting, set design, location scouting, lighting, shooting, and editing
Workshop details: June 17-21, 8 a.m. to noon, Wayne State College’s College Center, 1001 College Way, South Sioux City, NE 68776,
Eligibility and cost: Open to students in grades 7-12. Registration just $100 (includes t-shirt and flash drive).
