Sioux City Game Convention

Presented by the Sioux City Tabletop Gamers

The Sioux City Game Con is a three-day non-profit gaming event hosted by the Sioux City Tabletop Gamers that is dedicated to the promotion of hobby gaming of all types as a valuable pastime. There will be a number of available activities and attractions including the obvious being playing board/tabletop games. All of this will be taking place at the Abu Bekr Shrine Temple in downtown Sioux City.

• Play to Win Games: There will be a library of various games that can be checked out to play. At the end of the convention badge numbers will be randomly drawn from a pool of all who played each game and a winner for that game will be chosen to take it home and kept for free!
• Silent Auction: Anyone looking to cut down their gaming collection is welcome to bring their games to the convention to sell at the auction table where a silent auction will take place throughout the duration of the weekend. A small percentage will be kept to fund future Siouxland gaming conventions, otherwise, all other profits go to the seller.
• Game Library: In addition to the play-to-win games there will be many other games available for anyone to play to try out new games, or show off their skills in classics they know.
• Events: There will be a number of various events ranging from exhibitions of new games, teaching existing games, or holding various tournaments.
• Video Games: There will be a video game corner equipped with various consoles and console games as well as video game tournaments.
• Artists & Vendors: There will be space and tables available for artists and vendors. If you're interested in becoming a vendor for the event you can sign up using THIS LINK!
