Peak Performance Group - Angela Johnson has completed and received official certification for the administration and interpretation of the Resource Associates Corporation ADVanced Insights Profile. Angela Johnson is enhancing Peak Performance Group’s ability to service new and existing consulting/coaching clients as the ADVanced Insights profile provides organizations with a powerful way to maximize their human capital—their people. The RAC Assessment Certification allows Angela to administer this comprehensive personal assessment tool. Its approach is outcome-focused rather than simply measuring non-relevant activities. By understanding the way in which we think, what we value, and how we behave it becomes possible to leverage that knowledge in making better decisions, maximizing strengths, minimizing weaknesses, and achieving greater successes in whatever we do. RAC’s ADVanced Insights profile has been proven and validated through a number of separate studies conducted over the last 20 years.
