Grand Opening, Ribbon Cutting for New Pet Services Business
SIOUX CITY, Iowa — Pawsitive Pet Services, a new business which opened in May of this
year, is set to have its Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Wednesday, September
18th. Open house from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with the Ribbon Cutting ceremony scheduled
from 4:00pm to 5:00pm. The newly renovated facility is a spacious 10,000-square-foot pet
center and is offering several services for the pet lover and their pet including grooming, dog
daycare, dog and cat boarding, dog training, pet photography, pet transportation and valet,
pet cremation, and locally made retail products and other healthy pet products.
Pawsitive Pet Services is currently taking reservations for its pet services and is located
between Sioux City and Lawton at 1911 Hwy 20. If you enjoyed the one of a kind ambiance
of Theo’s Steakhouse, then you will be delighted to know that Pawsitive Pet Services is
keeping the rural theme in the renovated building.
Pawsitive Pet Services is offering 50 boarding suites for dogs and 8 suites for cats. During their
stay, dogs get to exercise in both indoor and outdoor recreation areas. If you decide to board
your cat they will be spoiled, with a three-tiered suite and a spacious playground created just
for the feline family members. Pet owners can add on a variety of amenities for their pet’s stay;
an extra walk, one-on-one belly rubs and yummy treats.
Pawsitive Pet Services Owner, Jean Chesterman, is a busy pet parent herself and knows too
well the overwhelming feelings of stress and guilt when not able to spend time with her pets;
two Siberian husky fur kids. Wanting the best for her dogs and convenience and quality
services for busy pet owners like herself, her business idea was born.
Pawsitive Pet Services will bring the very best pet care experience to its guests. “Our goal is to
