SCGO To Host the 2021 Innovation Market On May 4, 2021 at the Siouxland Expo Center

The 11th Annual Innovation Market is scheduled for May 4th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Siouxland Expo Center.

The Innovation Market is a business idea competition. Siouxland residents submit their business ideas for a chance to win $5,000! You will have the opportunity to read all of the ideas and vote for your top 5 that you would like to see become a reality in Siouxland.

The Sioux City Growth Organization (SCGO) is offering free drink and food samples from local vendors providing time for you to mingle and vote for your top 5 favorite ideas.  Vendors include:

Brioux City Brewery
Jackson Street Brewery
1000 Degrees Neopolitan Pizzeria
Rebos/Key Club
Nightingale Coffee

Dustin Cooper with The Arena and Blake Anderson (Morningside Alumni and past winner) from Pet Parents will talk about their experiences as entrepreneurs. Also, the first and second place winners from 2020, Alex Paulsen, Nightingale Coffee and Lindy Stauder, The Warp Zone, will provide updates on their business progress. Last but not least, SCGO's very own, Dustin Pratt will emcee the event!
