NOW HIRING: Maintenance Repair Worker III – Boiler/Chiller

Join our team! We’re looking for an experienced maintenance professional to handle inspections, preventive maintenance, BMS monitoring, water quality testing, and boiler/chiller repairs.

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED
Valid driver’s license
4+ years maintenance, repair, or construction trades experience
Basic computer & equipment skills
Able to climb, crouch, lift 75+ lbs., and work in hot/cold conditions

Preferred: Steam/chilled water systems, Johnson Controls BMS, and basic plumbing experience.
