Maintenance Repair Worker III (HVAC & Plumbing)-Put your skills to work in a hands-on role focused on keeping buildings, equipment, and systems running safely and efficiently!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Troubleshoot & make needed repairs

• Monitor BMS alarms & building controls

• Perform preventive & predictive maintenance

• Inspect mechanical rooms & equipment

• Diagnose complex problems

• Order repair parts & supplies

• Use specialized tools & equipment

• Update CMMS records & maintenance logs

• Improve energy efficiency & system performance

• Work independently and as part of a team

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED

• Minimum 4 years of maintenance, repair, or construction experience

• Ability to operate a computer and small equipment

• Valid driver’s license
